About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our manufacturing teams in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a member of a cross-functional team, you will support commercialized medical device manufacturing and apply industrial engineering fundamentals to drive process improvements. Your responsibilities will include applying Lean principles, data analysis, cleanroom layout design, demand and capacity planning, and driving quantitative decision-making through data analytics and simulation modeling.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, initiate, and drive projects to completion. You will also be able to effectively communicate and influence individuals, teams, and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply industrial engineering fundamentals for process improvement and problem solving
  • Solid knowledge of industrial engineering fundamentals and ability to apply this knowledge to manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated history as an effective team member

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or degree in related disciplines with transferable knowledge and experiences
  • Ability to be on-site a minimum of four days a week
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
