Nurse Specialist

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our Internal Medicine team. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to inform care decisions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote patient safety
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state in which you work and reside
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
