About the Role

The Imaging Support / Scheduler is a critical member of our team, responsible for scheduling complex imaging and medical procedures. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule imaging and medical procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Obtain and manage physician orders, as well as patient demographic and medical information
  • Utilize multiple computer applications, including HIS/RIS, scheduling software, and PACS, to schedule exams and manage resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience
  • Coursework or training in business or a related field (preferred)
  • Diagnostic imaging experience (preferred)
