Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join our entrepreneurial team in Alexandria, VA. As the leader of demand generation, content marketing, and brand/product marketing initiatives, you will execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and optimize marketing automation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of SaaS marketing experience and 2 years of management/leadership experience. You should possess significant experience with Salesforce and Pardot; SEO; and vendor management. Expert collaboration skills, applied successfully within a team, are essential. You must be able to self-direct and self-motivate your efforts, both short and long term, to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality content.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement a digital strategy of adaptive, modern digital channels that deliver on diverse business needs.
  • Participate in go-to-market planning with key stakeholders to define, support, and grow our portfolio of solutions and service offerings.
  • Manage assigned budget while making recommendations to best optimize marketing spend to accomplish goals.
  • Design, execute, and manage demand generation campaigns using integrated tactics and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with and manage the relationship with third-party agencies for creative and digital marketing work streams.
  • Provide managerial direction and oversee all aspects of performance management for direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, four-year institution.
  • 6-8 years of SaaS marketing experience.
  • 2 years of management/leadership experience.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce and Pardot; SEO; and vendor management.
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong writing/presentation building, verbal, written, digital, and graphic communication skills.
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability in managing budgets.
