To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program meeting Minnesota educational requirements.
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) certification from ASHA.
• Current Minnesota licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
• Minnesota Board of Teaching License.
• Two years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• $65,000 - $90,000 estimated annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
