At Compeer Financial, we are seeking a skilled Patronage Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of patronage payments, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, and generating financial reports and insightful analysis.

About the Role
  • Determines accurate and compliant patronage calculations based on Board directives, member-owner records, and outstanding allocated equities.
  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of member-owner records and related transactions.
  • Serves as a point of contact for member-owners, addressing and resolving patronage-related inquiries and issues.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Develops and implements processes to ensure accurate and timely patronage payments.
  2. Maintains comprehensive and accurate records, including member-owner records and related transactions.
  3. Generates financial reports and provides insightful analysis to support business decisions.
  4. Serves as a key point of contact for member-owner inquiries and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
