Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Teller Apprentice. This full-time opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the banking industry.

As a Bank Teller Apprentice, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, promoting and selling bank products and services, and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team and develop your customer service and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Starting salary is $17.51 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Process customer deposits, account withdrawals, and cashing checks
  • Promote and sell bank products and services to new and existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • On track to graduate high school or high school diploma or equivalency
  • Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment
  • Intermediate use of desktop applications
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays
