Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst with extensive experience in ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce platforms.

This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through both manual and automated testing methods.

You will leverage your expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test suites for both manual and automated testing
  • Perform end-to-end testing of ERP systems (preferably Dynamic 365), WMS, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing scenarios
  • Validate integrations between systems to ensure data accuracy and process flows
  • Integrate automated tests with frameworks to streamline test execution and reporting
  • Execute detailed manual test cases and scenarios, particularly for complex or high-risk areas not covered by automation
  • Document test results and track issues in appropriate systems
  • Collaborate with development teams to incorporate tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Work closely with QA analysts and developers to translate requirements into detailed test cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate and debug test failures; identify root causes and propose solutions to enhance test reliability and stability
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments, ensuring alignment with production configurations
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and promoting best practices for both manual and automated testing
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software testing and apply relevant knowledge to improve our testing practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical QA role
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools
  • Experience with complex data pipelines and integrations spanning multiple components
  • Experience with ERP implementation required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), e-commerce platforms, and Salesforce preferred
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven
  • Strong programming skills in Java; familiarity with other languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI, including designing and executing automated API tests
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI to integrate automated tests into build pipelines
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows
  • Experience with test management tools like Jira and Zephyr for test case documentation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Strong SQL skills for database testing, including writing and executing queries to validate data integrity

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
