About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Produce and Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #5399 in Dixon, IL. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our fresh produce and meat departments are fully stocked, rotated, and maintained to meet the highest standards of food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of associates to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Ensure that all products are properly rotated, stored, and displayed to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, track sales trends, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this role is between $19 and $31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, and specific work performed.
