Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our intensive care units.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The schedule is rotating 6 weeks days and 6 weeks nights with potential for overtime. As a Nurse Critical Care Specialist, you will be working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a collaborative manner with the patient and their family. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Current Washington State RN License
  • Prior experience in pediatric critical care or a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • PALS certification within 3 months of employment
