We are seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join our team at Lucid Motors. This role will support the sales teams during extended hours of operations from November 18th to December 31st, with a competitive hourly rate of $25.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are effective communicators, enjoy helping people, and are passionate about the EV revolution. As a Sales Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the Sales Center, ensuring they receive a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering customer contact information to facilitate follow-up communication and appointments
  • Scheduling test drives to accommodate customers' preferences
  • Referring high-potential leads to Sales Specialists for further evaluation and engagement
  • Ensuring all guests are directed to the most appropriate point of contact to address their inquiries and needs
  • Supporting the studio team with ad hoc tasks as required to maintain a high level of service quality

To excel in this role, you will need to possess exceptional people skills, with a strong focus on communication. Your ability to deliver an outstanding customer journey will be critical to success. Prior experience in customer-facing industries such as food service, retail, or hospitality is highly valued.

A successful candidate will have patience and professionalism, with a flexible availability that includes extended holiday mall hours, weekends, and holidays. You must also meet the minimum requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Be authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available)
  • Meet physical requirements including standing for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a drug test and background check, where permitted by law
