Job Summary

Volt Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, check requests, and purchase orders for the HR department, working closely with the finance team to resolve any related issues.
  • Process all verifications of employment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of employee events, including company-wide meetings and training sessions.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries and requests submitted through our HR phone line and email inbox.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs and other HR projects, including fitness center access, depositing of checks, and creating new hire benefit packets.
  • Track and manage all non-employee interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process tuition reimbursements and manage the monthly employee service awards program.
  • Prepare termination packets and coordinate requests for corporate flowers and other sympathy gestures.
  • Support the Total Rewards team as assigned, providing administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum of 3 months of human resources experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
