Job Summary

We are seeking a highly ambitious Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a key player in driving sales, the ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to establish a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies to become a trusted expert in the field.
  • Provide high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Foster strong relationships with buyers to ensure successful referral business and drive repeat sales.
  • Effectively manage objections and thrive in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Maintain open communication with the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, progress, and areas for improvement.

  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of customers.
  • Possess a self-starter mentality, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Hold a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits
