Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hospitalists, specialists, nurses, and discharge planning team members to provide multi-disciplinary care.
  • Exercise initiative, good judgment, and decision-making skills to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, navigating sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • NP: Graduate of a nurse practitioner education program with national certification.
  • PA: Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
