Oncology LPN

Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Certifications: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia or Alabama, American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
