Job Summary:

Volt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including typing, completing, and filing departmental documents, responding to questions, and operating standard office equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Types, completes, and files a variety of departmental documents, including letters, forms, shipping and receiving records, purchasing requisitions, and departmental activity reports.
Responds to questions concerning departmental and company policies and procedures, and the proper completion of office forms.
Operates standard office equipment with speed and accuracy, including computers, calculators, photocopiers, and facsimile equipment.
Assists with shipping to outlying offices and outside customers.

Requirements:

Experience working in an aerospace company or manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
