About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with program managers and cross-functional partners to coordinate project requirements, priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and status with key stakeholders.

You'll work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement required business solutions, define product roadmaps, and establish metrics for success. Your expertise will be essential in managing competing priorities, identifying risks, and driving projects to completion.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of demonstrated management consulting experience
  • Proven ability to partner with program managers and cross-functional partners to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, small/large technical teams, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)
