A Fabrication Specialist at White Cap is responsible for examining specifications of customer orders, determining the characteristics of finished items, and retrieving correct materials for fabrication duties. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and possess knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine specifications of customer orders to determine characteristics of finished items and materials to be used.
• Fabricate work pieces as determined by work order specifications.
• Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties.
• Examine work pieces visually, by touch, or by using a tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
• Packaging items for shipping and installing protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reading blueprints, work orders, or analyzing drawings.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
