Job Summary:

The Pieology Shift Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurants. You will oversee daily business activities, manage staff performance, and implement effective solutions to drive sales growth and profitability. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor who can lead by example, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing budgets, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and drive customer loyalty
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and high-quality food presentation
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and minimize waste
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular feedback to staff

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology platforms
