Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business and upselling/renewal opportunities in North America.
Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and close sales opportunities through outbound calls and effectively communicate the value of our full suite of Lumistry product offerings.
- Partner with Sales Development Reps to set meetings and coordinate follow-up activities as needed.
- Assess prospects' needs and tailor outreach accordingly to drive revenue growth.
- Manage a high-velocity deal cycle and maintain a large volume pipeline while consistently recording all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
- Work collaboratively with onboarding and delivery teams to address any obstacles with new customers and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by leveraging your strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Maintain a positive representation of our company and brand in the marketplace.
- A minimum of 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in software, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A self-motivated and independent individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to our dynamic sales environment.
- Experience evaluating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
