Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team at Trios Health. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing and reporting laboratory tests, answering technical questions, and maintaining quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and report waived, non-waived, and highly complex laboratory tests in chemistry, serology, urinalysis, immunohematology, hematology, and microbiology.
  • Answer technical questions and provide medical significance of test ranges.
  • Maintain quality control and maintenance procedures within predetermined parameters.
  • Develop and modify procedures as directed by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science with one year of clinical internship.
  • Registry: ASCP or AMT certified.
  • Good visual acuity, including color perception.
