TheraEX Staffing Services is a leading healthcare staffing solution provider seeking a talented travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Detroit, Michigan.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Travel Nurse RN with experience in telemetry to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings and locations while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse (RN) in a telemetry unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education on disease management and prevention
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold an active unrestricted Michigan license
  • Have at least one year of recent experience in a telemetry unit
  • Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association
  • Hold current certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, and any other relevant specialties
  • Be able to provide supervisory references
