Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

At Soliant, we are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
  • Engage and educate families in the therapy process

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in VA
  • Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Preferred experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
