Job Summary

Liberty Collision Center is seeking a skilled Automotive Painter and Prepper to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting and applying high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed
  • Mix paint to match vehicle colors precisely
  • Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment
  • Ensure a flawless finish by inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and making necessary corrections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an automotive prepper/painter
  • Proficiency in prepping and painting techniques
  • Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification in automotive painting is a plus
