{"Responsibilities": "Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant for the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for facilitating the operation of human resources for the maintenance team. This includes tracking, recording, and filing documents associated with the maintenance department. You will also be responsible for basic inventory control, logistics, and distribution of materials.

Additional Duties:

* Create and track work orders based on detailed information obtained from inspections, daily reports, or requests from other departments.
* Monitor and submit invoices for completed projects.
* Handle time management of maintenance staff, including monitoring daily labor, paid time off requests, and other HR-directed requests.
* Maintain HR record-keeping requirements and document with the appropriate forms.
* Provide a basic inventory of parts, tools, and materials needed by the maintenance team.
* Order items not normally stocked through various vendors for supplies.
* Track orders and deliveries to notify staff when items will be available.
* Meet with vendors as they stop by to check on inventories.
* Handle all incoming shipments delivered to the warehouse.
* Assist other departments with shipments or deliveries as needed.

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years old.
* 2-4 years of experience in Office Management.
* Computer skills to include Windows Office, typing, and printing documents.
* Multitasking office filing, phone calls, and incoming documents.
* Ability to interact with a diverse personnel group.

Physical Requirements:

* Sitting, typing, hearing, listening, and communication verbally frequently.
* Occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
