We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of exceptional special education professionals. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to the success of students in the Harvest area by providing high-quality speech and language services.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a renewal-based opportunity that offers a stable and secure caseload of elementary and middle school students. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address students' communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting students' speech and language development.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• A current state license or eligibility for licensure in Alabama.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
• Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with elementary and middle school students.
