About the Job

This 13-week contract position offers a competitive salary of $$**$120 per hour (12-hour shifts)**, plus tax-free stipends and benefits. Responsibilities
  • Obtain useful diagnostic details through high-quality X-ray images.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Instruct patients on proper positioning for accurate image capture.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted practices and guidelines.
  • Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner, prioritizing timely and compassionate service.
  • Promote a safe work environment, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by law.
  • Two years of X-ray tech experience, preferably in critical care settings.
  • Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
