About the Role

Delta Companies is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $123K-$170K per year, with additional compensation for relocation assistance of up to $30K and a sign-on bonus of 10% of the base salary. We also offer annual merit increases of up to 7%, as well as a retention bonus of 10% of the base salary after two years of service.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with added qualifications in psychiatry. You must be certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurse Credentialing Center and have DEA certification eligibility. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary setting with prescriptive privileges and excellent communication skills.
