Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth and increasing market share through key account development and sales strategies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of LHC Group's services and competitive advantages
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
