Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Behavioral Health Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will oversee the clinical operations of our programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload while managing daily clinical operations, including workflow and workload decisions.
  • Provide direct clinical support to clinicians through supervision, consultation, education, co-therapy, and targeted interventions.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to develop employee performance appraisals, goals, and training plans.
  • Participate in policy development, implementation, and evaluation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Certification or licensure as a QMHP (QMHP Certified) or the ability to meet the requirements within six months.
