At Core Clinical Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to fill the role of Assistant Program Director. The salary for this position is approximately $180,000 per year, taking into account the required qualifications and the current market standards in the area.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work 80 clinical hours per month. The selected individual will receive a monthly stipend for administrative duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing policies and protocols for the emergency department, providing clinical leadership and supervision to the emergency residents, evaluating their performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

You will also be expected to maintain a strong understanding of current medical research and trends in emergency medicine, and to stay up-to-date with evolving practices and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A medical degree from an accredited institution and current board certification in emergency medicine.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in emergency medicine practice, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of medical professionals.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of emergency medicine best practices and regulations.
