We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full Spectrum Primary Care Physician to join our team at Marathon Health. As a leading provider of advanced primary care, we prioritize patient-first approach, convenient access to both in-person and virtual care, resulting in improved health outcomes and significant cost savings.
Our comprehensive services include advanced primary care, mental health, occupational health, musculoskeletal, and pharmacy services, delivered through our 680+ health centers across 41 states. We also offer virtual primary care and mental health services accessible in all 50 states.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to work within a team of professionals who are passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system. As a Full Spectrum Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions.
You will focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and reduced overall health costs.
What We OfferWe provide a non-production-based compensation package, comprehensive benefits, including CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage. You will have regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning, development, and team collaboration.
Our salary range is $235,000 - $260,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus available. The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A MD or DO degree.
- An active state license required; DEA preferred.
- Board certification (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
