What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement engaging, inclusive lesson plans that accommodate the unique needs of each child, focusing on social-emotional learning and resilience.
  • Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment for children with a variety of backgrounds and needs, including those exhibiting violent behaviors.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families, creating a partnership that supports the child's well-being and development.
  • Employ strategies for managing and de-escalating challenging behaviors in a compassionate and effective manner.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in supporting children with behavioral challenges.
