Medical Device Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team at B. Braun Medical Inc. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our full portfolio of medical devices, including IV systems, chronic care products, and more.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. Key responsibilities will include:
- Selling and promoting our medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including purchasing managers, clinicians, and administrators
- Providing product training and technical support to customers and internal teams
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting to management as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, biology, or chemistry
- 2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
- Extensive travel required, including overnight stays
- A valid driver's license and registration
Benefits:
B. Braun Medical Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $73,000 per year, plus incentive compensation. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.
