Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

As a Territory Sales Executive at Syncell, you will play a critical role in introducing new enabling technology in the spatial biology and proteomics space. This field sales-based position is responsible for the sale of the Syncell Microscoop Platform and consumables. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of technical savvy and business acumen, with a strong ability to communicate complex topics in a relatable format.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically identify and pursue new opportunities, with a focus on prospecting and hunting.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on funnel management and market knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and centers, driving business expansion and growth.
  • Collaborate with technical field applications colleagues to build credibility and consult effectively with customers on technology solutions.
  • Employ CRM for regular updates, internal communication, and accurate forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Background understanding of the markets and research areas of Syncell's customers.
  • Effective communication skills, including presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed for in-person meetings and events.
  • 4+ years sales experience, including proven success with capital equipment and skills in consultative selling and team selling.
  • 50%+ travel within the territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, with a strong preference for molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, mass spec, and/or tissue or histology expertise.
  • Masters or PhD degree is highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, with bonus/incentive pay opportunities.
