Job Summary

Mental Health & Addiction Services is seeking a Custodial Worker to join our team at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, buffing, and waxing floors.
  • Scrub toilets, countertops, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust and clean furniture and equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Empty and wash trash receptacles to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a clean environment.
  • Wash windows, polish mirrors and glass, and vacuum and shampoo carpets to maintain a clean and attractive environment.
  • Maintain outside grounds, including sweeping and cleaning walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in custodial work or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
