Electronics Engineer Position in Melbourne, FL: A Role for the Future

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems sector. This position will be based in Melbourne, Florida, and will play a key role in developing cutting-edge technology that seamlessly analyzes, fuses, and distributes multi-domain information into command-and-control systems of systems.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Engineer to design, analyze, configure, test, document, and troubleshoot avionics equipment subsystems.
- You will work closely with engineers and program stakeholders to integrate avionics subsystems and components to meet platform mission objectives.
- As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to perform informal and formal testing of subsystem requirements and provide technical management of program strategic partners and suppliers.
- A Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 2 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 0 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. in STEM AND 0 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
- An active DoD Secret clearance that is in-scope (granted or renewed within the last 6 years).
- Demonstrated experience with aircraft cockpit avionics such as flight displays, flight computers, control systems, data storage, etc.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,300 - $112,900 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
