Synima is a renowned creative video and animation agency with a rich history dating back to 2000 in the United Kingdom. In 2019, we expanded our operations and established a presence in New York, serving a diverse range of clients across various sectors.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Creative Producer/Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will report directly to the Head of Production and be responsible for managing multiple projects from creative development to delivery, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production:

  • Organize and coordinate pre-production and shooting schedules, including booking crew, finding locations, sourcing actors, and obtaining necessary permits.
  • Collaborate with creatives and script writers to develop initial ideas, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Work with Motion Designers and animators to create style frames and storyboards.

Production:

  • Produce and direct on shoots when required.
  • Work closely with the production team and crew to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Manage the production schedule and budget, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Edit-produce, working with editors to oversee final films and animations.
  • Organize voiceover artists and transcripts, as well as foreign versions.
  • Obtain footage, images, and music rights.
  • Oversee animation projects and collaborate with animators.

Post-Production:

  • Deliver final products on time and on budget.
  • Quality check productions to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Supply all relevant documentation, including transcripts, accessibility transcripts, filming permissions, and agreed expenses.

Account/Client Management:

  • Manage clients throughout the production process, building successful working relationships.
  • Quote jobs and provide cost confirmations.
  • Write and submit pitch presentations/proposals to bid on contracts for projects.
  • Deliver content on time and on budget that aligns with our clients' goals.
Requirements

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of production and project management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Personable and able to communicate clearly and articulate ideas.
  • Able to delegate tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible with working hours.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and camera equipment.
