Insurance Customer Experience Specialist

Kimberly Bergeron - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated professional to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
3. Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
4. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
5. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a salary plus commission/bonus compensation package. Our ideal candidate has interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and pride in getting work done accurately and timely. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. You must be able to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on location)
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
