We offer one-on-one therapy sessions to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. Working at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, you'll be a vital member of an outstanding interdisciplinary team who help patients with serious impairments connect with the world around them.

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and treat medically complex pediatric outpatients, from birth to 21 years of age, who present with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing impairments. You will require close collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary care team, while caring for the speech, language, and swallowing needs of medically complex pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certification by the American Speech and Hearing Association
New York State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

Salary Range:
$78,000-$116,500/Annual
