Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to assist our clients with policy inquiries and changes. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide excellent customer service and work in a dynamic contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review policy information to determine if the risk meets company underwriting guidelines and processes.
- Serve as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy-related inquiries.
- Provide superior customer service and offer solutions and/or options within company guidelines.
- Attend office-based training or meetings as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months of previous customer service experience required. Call center and/or insurance-related experience preferred.
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills required.
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% required.
- Successfully complete all required new hire training as per Departmental guidelines.
