Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine check-ups, health screenings, and diagnostic tests to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and compliance
Requirements:
- GA Medical License
- DEA License
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Outstanding clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices
