Cardiology Specialist in Advanced Heart Failure Program

We are seeking a skilled Cardiologist to join our Advanced Heart Failure Program at Physician Empire, a leading healthcare provider in the region. Our program is one of the largest DT LVAD non-transplant centers in the Southeast and offers comprehensive heart failure care, including cardiac amyloid, pulmonary hypertension, and cardio oncology programs.
As a Cardiologist in this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in both inpatient and outpatient care on a rotational basis, working closely with our team of 3 Cardiologists, 8 registered nurses, and 3.5 Advanced Practice Providers (AHPs). You will also contribute to our nation's largest remote HF monitoring program, which features nearly 300 CardioMems implants to date.
The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Echo and possess excellent clinical skills, with a strong passion for providing high-quality patient care. In addition to your medical expertise, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
