Internship Overview

Our summer internships offer a challenging, high-impact opportunity to work on important projects at Dentsply Sirona. In addition to hands-on learning, you'll participate in our intern event series focused on personal and professional development.

At the end of the internship, you will present what you've accomplished to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of new business and acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis, industry research, and preparation of written materials.
  • Analyze and support due diligence on transactional opportunities for the firm, including M&A or divestitures.
  • Assist with review and analysis of key strategic business decisions across the firm, including potential new product development, growth investment opportunities, capital allocation, and capital structure analyses.
  • Develop analyses to deliver compelling, insightful recommendations for the Strategy team and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate interaction between departments throughout the firm as necessary, including Commercial, Legal, Corporate Finance, and Regulatory teams.
  • Ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master, or PhD program.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week beginning in June 2025, for approximately 10 weeks.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
  • Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
  • Experience in and/or leading team projects.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
