Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Business Development Leader to oversee all aspects of our retail operations, drive business growth, and lead a team of associates to achieve financial targets. This role requires strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Leadership and guidance of a high-performing team of associates, focusing on recruiting, training, and mentoring
  • Maintenance of company standards and culture, ensuring a positive customer experience and high levels of employee engagement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in retail operations or management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams and developing talent
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as well as occasional domestic travel to attend meetings and trainings
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
