As a Floating Banker at Banner Bank, you will offer essential back-up teller and banker support at any retail branch within a designated geographic area. At each location, you will ensure an exceptional experience for clients, serving as the face of the Bank, while processing client transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will assist clients in realizing their financial objectives by actively promoting Bank products and services. The work location will vary daily, necessitating travel between branches.

• What you'll need:
• Minimum of 2 years of teller experience, including sales experience with established goals.
• Previous teller experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills along with basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proper phone and email etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, coupled with outstanding customer service abilities.

• 50% of the time.

• Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $18+/hour plus a $1.50 premium on top of base pay.
