Dishwasher Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Porter to contribute to an exceptional dining experience at Park & Grove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and other serviceware, maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment, and assisting cooks with food preparation and storage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Washing pots, pans, and trays, and polishing silverware
• Segregating and removing trash, and restocking supplies
• Sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning worktables, walls, and refrigerators
• Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Maintaining temperature logs and keeping the walk-in cooler/freezer organized

Requirements for the position include:

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations
• Skilled use of hand tools or machines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
