Orthodontic Specialist

Kansas Youth Dental & Braces - a Benevis company is dedicated to transforming smiles and providing quality dental care in a supportive environment.

The estimated salary for this position is over $165,000 with uncapped bonus potential, plus attractive sign-on bonuses and relocation services.

As an Orthodontist at Kansas Youth Dental & Braces, you will be responsible for providing orthodontic services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
• Ratio of 1 dental assistant per 15 patients scheduled
• Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
• Office flow: average 50-60 patients per day
• State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• Other certifications as required - CPR, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
