Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth and face-to-face modalities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing evaluations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to confidentiality standards
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a LCSW in Connecticut
  • Ability to maintain a full caseload, seeing a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development

About Compensation

Your salary will be determined by your licensure level, session volume, and performance-based bonuses. Our compensation package ensures you are fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication.

Total Estimated Salary: Up to $104,100 annually, based on performance and session volume.
