The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor who can deliver exceptional customer service, manage store operations, and promote our brand values. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store functions, leading a team of Sales Associates, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales objectives are met.
- Evaluate daily operations, making recommendations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Foster a productive work environment through consistent coaching and training of Sales Associates.
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service by setting the stage, welcoming, engaging, entertaining, and thanking customers.
- Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
- Sales Goals and Visual Standards
- Achieve sales goals by following up on customer requests and suggesting additional products.
- Maintain store visual standards, ensuring displays are visually appealing and support the brand image.
- Supporting Store Operations
- Maintain store cash handling records, reports, and opening and closing procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and set up special events and promotions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.
